Rebeca Pareja
GTM Talent partner
About me
Hey there! I’m Rebeca and I’m a talent hunter superstar from Bolivia! 🇧🇴
Professionally speaking, I have a BA in Psychology and and MSc in Human Resource Development.
In my free time, I love cooking, traveling, and exploring food from around the world. I also enjoy listening to music (I have a very eclectic taste lol), watching movies or TV shows, and spending quality time with my family, boyfriend, and my fur daughter.
Fun fact about me: I am also a Croatian Citizen and I love blue foods lol, I know this is super random, but blue candy, drinks, and icre-cream are my thing!
How did you discover your passion for recruitment?
I first discovered recruitment in 2016 when I became Head of HR at Radisson Hotel in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
I enjoyed it so much that in 2019, I took on a new challenge at Tigo Bolivia as a Senior Frontline Talent Acquisition Specialist. A couple of years later, I was promoted and started working for Millicom (Tigo’s Corporation) as a Recruiter for Factory Technical Operations.
I’m now a Talent Partner at LatamCent.
What kinds of roles do you focus on?
Since 2019, I’ve mainly focused on recruiting for GTM roles. It wasn’t something I planned, it just happened organically.
So, I can say now that GTM is my recruiting specialty!
In 2019, I discovered my passion for recruiting. I love connecting with people from different backgrounds and helping them land their dream jobs.
There’s nothing quite like the feeling of telling a candidate they got the job. It’s rewarding, fulfilling, and a moment worth celebrating!
I specialize in the following roles:
– SDR
– SDR Manager
– BDR
– Account Executive
– Account Manager
– And more.
I specialize in these roles because I’ve been working with them for over five years. During that time, I’ve developed a solid understanding of the soft and hard skills needed to succeed.

What’s next for Latam candidates in IT roles at US companies?
The future looks very bright for Latin American talent!
Latam countries have a growing pool of highly skilled professionals, particularly in technology and GTM.
U.S. companies are recognizing this and often see the region as a source of cost-effective yet skilled labor. The high level of education, bilingual abilities, and a strong work ethic make Latam candidates appealing.
One piece of advice for the Latam talent
One piece of advice: Always come prepared to the interviews, make sure you
read about the company and the role you are interviewing for.
Make sure to ask questions, it’s a two-way street. You want to be sure the role is the right fit for you too.
Show off your skills and strengths!
Focus on what makes you a great fit for the role, and don’t forget to highlight your English proficiency. Use the opportunity to demonstrate how well you understand the US market and how you can bring value to the team.
