We guarantee all candidates for 60 days, if you aren’t happy we replace them at no additional costs. Though no refunds will be given, it’s free to interview candidates. If you don’t make a hire, you don’t pay us anything. No up front fees, no hidden fees, transparent pricing from start to finish. [We need to get your full requirements before providing pricing quotes]

We put all of our candidates through a rigorous interview process. Our recruiters are experts in Human Resources, psychology and candidate acquisition. We then run the candidates through a project depending on the role and lastly we conduct reference calls. You can also request for us to run international criminal background checks. Our goal is to bring on talent you can stay with for the long term!

Direct LatAm Hire: Retained – We are an extension of your in house HR and recruiting team. We take ownership, get things done and help organize your internal resources to execute.

Direct LatAm Hire: Contingency  – No win, no fee (There are pros and cons for you in this scenario as well, we should discuss them on a call until I write the blog post about it or record a video)

It depends on if you are hiring full time employees or full time contractors, we can discuss the pros and cons of both for you. Regardless rest assured we will help you maintain full compliance with a team of lawyers that stays up to date in each country. You don’t need to sponsor talent nor issue a work Visa as they work fully remote from their home countries.
