Hi there! I’m Paula Caraballo, 27 years old. I’m from Caracas, Venezuela, and I was born on May 17th 1997.

I live in Lima, Peru, and I love the weather, the people, and the amazing places to visit. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new spots and watching movies or series.

Here’s a fun fact: ever since I had COVID, I haven’t been able to eat fish.

How did you discover your passion for recruitment?

I have always worked in the customer service field.

When I started working as a recruiter, I discovered how much I enjoy helping people find new opportunities.

What kinds of roles do you focus on?

I specialize in sales, GTM, marketing, and executive roles.

These are roles associated with my previous jobs, so I am familiar with a lot of terminology.

What’s next for Latam candidates in IT roles at US companies?

Candidates can expect a lot of professional growth, great attention during the selection process and support.

If you’re applying for a job, make sure to research the company you want to work for. It shows you’re genuinely interested in the role.
