I’m a Senior Go-to-Market recruiter with experience in both US and Colombian markets.

I’ve worked as a land acquisition specialist, real estate transaction coordinator, medical interpreter, and retail assistant manager. These roles have given me diverse experiences that help me connect with candidates, spot top talent, and succeed in talent acquisition.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and also working out.

A fun fact about me is that one time I paraglided and flew through the sky.

How did you discover your passion for recruitment?

I discovered my passion for recruitment when I saw how powerful it is to connect people with the right opportunities.

I love the challenge of finding the perfect match between talent and role. It’s rewarding to see how this helps individuals grow and drives businesses forward.

What kinds of roles do you focus on?

I specialize in Go-to-Market (GTM) roles, such as sales and customer success positions.

These roles are critical for driving revenue and business expansion, and I enjoy the dynamic nature of working with driven professionals who are key to a company’s success.
