About me
Hi, I’m Juli. I’m a coastal girl who loves connecting with people, reading, rollerblading at El Malecon, practicing yoga, and spending time by the sea.
I’m a recruiter who loves helping people find jobs they truly enjoy.
Over the past 4 years, I’ve worked in recruitment across industries like BPO, staffing, and banking. It’s been amazing to connect with so many talented individuals and match them with opportunities that fit their skills and passions.
A fun fact about me is that whenever something excites me, I do a little happy dance that spreads laughter.
How did you discover your passion for recruitment?
In high school, I knew I wanted to do something that helps people. That’s why I decided to study Psychology.
I discovered my love for recruitment during an internship. I worked with a bank’s recruitment team and learned so much along the way. Every time I got to tell someone they’d been chosen for a role, it felt amazing. That’s when I knew this was something I wanted to do long-term.
I really enjoy helping people find the right job—the one that supports them, their families, and helps them reach their goals.
What kinds of roles do you focus on?
I have experience across various roles in sales, customer service, marketing, people operations, finance, construction, and design, among others.
My background across different industries has given me the opportunity to recruit for a wide range of positions in these areas.
However, I currently specialize in Go-To-Market roles, including:
- Account Manager
- Account Executive
- Sales Development Representative
- Business Development Representative
- Customer Success Manager, and more
