How did you discover your passion for recruitment?
I found my love for recruitment in the University while I was working in a project for a Colombian company looking for young talent in Software

What’s next for Latam candidates in IT roles at US companies?
I think US companies are now more open to hiring candidates from across the globe, including Latam.

– Use clear and updated information
– Do not forget to establish the region and the market where you are working now
