Job Title: Sr. Customer Onboarding Specialist

Who You Are:
With our blog and free sales training courses generating over 300,000 unique visits every month, you’ll be responsible for onboarding new Mailshake customers and helping them solve issues. You’ll work directly with customers to ensure they are set up for success using our proven best practices, as well as troubleshoot any issues to keep their operations running smoothly. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with our team to provide feedback on customer experiences, including any challenges they face and opportunities for improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Host personalized onboarding calls with our top-tier customers.
- Host live trainings (webinars) with Q&A every week demonstrating how to use Mailshake as well as other Cold Email Outreach best practices.
- Help reduce customer churn through effective onboarding.
- Respond professionally and efficiently to inbound communication from customers via email.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and triage more complex issues to our dev team.
- Take pride in providing a memorable experience that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience with customer onboarding or customer support.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- You’re empathetic, organized, driven and eager to help customers.
- Bonus: Prior experience with a CRM and other sales automation tools.
Just a couple more things:
- C1+ English Level.
- Availability to work in EST or CST USA Time Zone.
- This is a full-time remote role and you’ll need to work 40+ hour weeks Monday – Friday.
