About This Opportunity:

We’re hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our client, Bluecore – a leading retail marketing technology company. This is a full-time remote role supporting Bluecore’s global team and clients.

The Role:
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering strategic support and performance results to enterprise retail marketing teams. Your focus will be on driving adoption of the Bluecore platform, optimizing campaign success, and maintaining strong client relationships that lead to long-term retention and growth.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities, resolving issues, and helping them succeed through the smart use of Bluecores tools and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide retail e-commerce clients in performance marketing strategy using Bluecores platform
  • Drive customer growth, retention, and platform adoption through hands-on support and strategic guidance
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction by proactively managing relationships and performance metrics
  • Use your expertise in email, SMS, and CRM marketing to optimize campaign strategies
  • Present data-driven insights, segmentation strategies, and new campaign opportunities to stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Services teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences
  • Manage multiple accounts and initiatives with strong project management skills and clear communication
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring best practices to client conversations

What You Bring:

  • BA/BS degree and 7+ years of experience in customer success, e-commerce marketing, or digital strategy
  • Experience in brand-side retail or digital marketing for retail clients is required
  • Prior experience working in a SaaS or MarTech environment is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of ESP platforms, CRM tools, data analytics, and marketing automation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings

Compensation: $3,000/month + performance-based commissions
